The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated near two metro stations, making commuting around the city easy and hassle-free. it is close to a shopping center and several malls, perfect for those who love to shop. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a kitchen for added convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy breakfast at their preferred time, and there are well-arranged tours available.

The internet speed in the rooms needs to be improved significantly.

The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even checking us in early and providing complimentary spa vouchers for my mother and aunt. the suites at the hotel were excellent. They were well equipped, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. the hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to both Mall of the Emirates and the Sharaf DG metro station.

The food at the hotel seemed quite expensive, so we opted to eat elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process at 1am. Breakfast included in the room rate offered a good variety of options. The hotel also had a nice little pool on the roof.

Our room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, from ironing facilities to a kitchen with cookware and utensils. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the staff was always available to help.
