The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated near two metro stations, making commuting around the city easy and hassle-free. it is close to a shopping center and several malls, perfect for those who love to shop. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a kitchen for added convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy breakfast at their preferred time, and there are well-arranged tours available.
The internet speed in the rooms needs to be improved significantly.

The staff was helpful and efficient. They were really good too make our stay enjoyable, even checking us in early and providing complimentary spa vouchers for my mother and aunt. The suites at the hotel were excellent. They were well equipped, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to both Mall of the Emirates and the Sharaf DG metro station.

Comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The location next to the Mall of Emirates was convenient for shopping and dining. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Al Amin, were helpful and were great too assist me with anything I needed. The location was perfect, as it was very close to two metro stations, making it easy for me to get around without having to rent a car. the hotel was just a short distance from a busy highway, making it convenient for me to explore the city. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfect and the facilities provided were great.

We had a great time staying here. The place is located very close to two metro stations and bus stops, so it was easy for us to go around the city without renting a car. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the car hire and housekeeping. The amenities were top-notch, with shops and commercial services nearby, a limousine service, laundry facilities, and even a doctor on call. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, from ironing facilities to a kitchen with cookware and utensils. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the staff was always available to help.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.
